Who says "quilting fabric" is just for making quilts???

I just made a fun shirt from some of the fabrics from the upcoming Basically Black & White collection from Patrick Lose Fabrics. The collection features an array of positive/negative designs in black and white. This print is "Mary & Rhoda," a diagonal stripe with a 70s vibe. I split the shirt down the middle and, with a little engineering, created a chevron effect with one side in black, the other in white.
The fabric is printed and finished in Korea, so it has a great hand and was easy to sew. Patrick's fabrics are only available at independent quilt shops.
You'll love working with this fabric!
